History & Background
Kaiseki Giken was established by a former simulation engineer at a Tier 1 supplier in North America. While developing Moldflow skills, there were opportunities to work with Japanese engineers from Honda. Using Japanese language skills, he led projects with Honda by directly communicating with customers in their preferred language. This approach made PDT meetings and part development much more efficient, highlighting the high demand for bilingual expertise in technical fields such as plastic injection molding.
Milestones & Achievements
Our main goal is to eliminate guesswork during injection mold and part design development. In addition to predicting all potential issues in injection molding, we optimize process parameters, part, and tool design to resolve potential issues before they occur.
